LuxxorPower was founded in 2012 and forms the power generation subsidiary of The Luxxor Group; a diverse organisation comprising of a number of different companies including Natural Gas Distribution, Metals Trading and Construction, all operating with a focus on western Sub-Saharan Africa.

LuxxorPower aims to be the continent’s leader in delivering small to medium scale electric power generation.

LuxxorPower provides captive power generation solutions to industries, private users and distribution companies in underserved and overlooked areas. Sustainable efficient production, with low carbon fuel sources, are among the key characteristics of the projects favoured for investment and development.

We address regional power deficiencies by developing, acquiring and operating both Captive and Embedded power plants. We generate contracted power for utilities and private users, enhancing energy efficiency and environmental profiles.

We offer many strategic solutions for our customers along two main business lines, one of which is to directly service a customer’s energy requirements by investing, developing and operating dedicated power plants, parallel to the grid (Captive), providing an uninterrupted power solution. Through our Captive power solution business line, we are also able to offer additional technical services including co-generation and tri-generation.

The second business line is to indirectly serve customers through an electricity distribution company. This is commonly referred to as Embedded or Distributed power.

As part of an integrated energy solutions company, we offer a unique approach to energy delivery, ensuring reliability and security by partnering select fuel suppliers.

With little or no investment required, LuxxorPower securely provides its customers with the required energy solutions, enabling resource and capital reallocation.

With annual turnover in excess of $1.48 Billion in 2013 Cummins Inc. is a major global player and world leader in the provision of gas-based power generation solutions.

LuxxorGas

LuxxorGas is a subsidiary of The Luxxor Group and a sister company to LuxxorPower. LuxxorGas serves the market a cheaper, cleaner, more sustainable alternative fuel in ‘CNG’, with a unique ability to readily reach areas stranded from pipeline Gas access. Its services are firmly aligned to the Nigerian Federal Government's efforts to increase domestic Natural Gas utilisation.
